What Psynevia is
Psynevia is an AI emotional wellbeing companion. It is not a health service, does not replace professional care and does not provide clinical assessments or recommend medication.
Emergencies
Psynevia is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number or the helpline shown under the SOS button.
Who can use it
People aged 18 or over, or the minimum age set for their country, who accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Your account
Keep your access secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account and can delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Psynevia to harm others, try to obtain dangerous information, get around safety protections or break the law.
AI limitations
Replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Use your judgment and reach out to a professional when you need to. Psynevia will always say it is an AI.
Plans and payments
There is a free plan and paid monthly or annual plans, priced in local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the store or payment method you used. The introductory offer, when available, applies only to your first subscription. SOS and care mode always work, with or without a plan.
Partner professionals
Psychologists in the directory are independent. Booking, payment and sessions are arranged directly with them.
Liability
We provide the service with care but without any guarantee of results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you.
Changes and contact
We will let you know in the app before significant changes. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Campinas/SP, Brazil, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted by the law of your country. Contact: [email protected].
