In short
We use your data only to make Psynevia work for you. We don't sell data, we don't show ads and we don't use your conversations to train AI models. You can see, export and delete your data in the app.
Who we are
Psynevia is operated by MAQIA EDUCACAO E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 68.691.339/0001-15, located at Rua Carlos Tontoli, 57, Swiss Park, Campinas/SP, CEP 13049-459, Brasil. It is the controller of your data. Data protection officer: Gustavo Henrique ([email protected]). To exercise your rights, write to the same address.
What data we use
Account: email, date of birth (to confirm the minimum age of 18), country and language.
Content you create: conversation messages (if you choose to keep them), mood check-ins, journal, thought records, goals and the facts Psynevia remembers (if you turn memory on).
Usage and safety: session dates, plan usage counts, safety events without the conversation text and technical logs without content.
Payments: handled by the app stores or the payment processor; we never receive your card number.
What we use it for
To talk with you and remember the context you allowed; show your progress; send the reminders you asked for; detect risk signals and show help; bill your plan; and meet legal obligations.
Emotional health data is sensitive data. We only use it with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Profile.
Who we share it with
With providers that process data on our behalf, under contract: AI providers (Anthropic and, as a fallback, Amazon Web Services), Voyage AI (memory search), Cloudflare (network), RevenueCat and Stripe (subscriptions) and the email provider. They may not use your data for anything else.
Professionals in the partner directory receive nothing from your conversations.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in a region defined by your country. Some AI processing happens in the United States, with the safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, or for the period you choose to delete messages automatically. When you delete your account, we delete everything linked to it; backups expire within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export (JSON or PDF) and delete your data in the app, withdraw consent and complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, with a separate key for each person's data; internal access limited to aggregate numbers; an audit log of team actions.
Changes
We will let you know in the app before any significant change to this policy.
